Banana Bread

What to do with overly ripe bananas? Banana bread!! Makes a great breakfast warmed up with a little bit of butter or honey.

3 or 4 ripe bananas, smashed
1/3 c. melted butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. baking soda
1.5 c. flour
pinch of salt

1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Mix butter and smashed banana's with a wooden spoon.

3. Mix in sugar, egg, and vanilla.

4. Add baking soda and salt. Mix in.
5. Add flour and mix until combined.

6. Pour mixture into 4x8 loaf pan. Bake for one hour.

7. Let cool completely on rack.

8. Stuff face!
