Brie with Cooked Apples

My husband and I were walking through the super market trying to figure out if we had forgotten anything on our list. We both saw the brie and agreed it was a necessity for the weekend, but it ended up being our dinner that night. We devoured the whole thing in 10 minutes. Don't judge. 😋


I highly recommend pairing this with 34° Rosemary Crisps. The rosemary with sweetness of the apples and the crispiness with the texture of the brie, it just works.

Brie with Cooked Apples:
8 oz. wheel of brie
1 honey crisp apple, chopped
1 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. brown sugar

1. Preheat the oven to 325℉. Place the wheel of brie on parchment paper in a baking dish. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.


2. In the mean time, in a small sauce pan over medium high heat, melt butter.


3. Toss in apples and brown sugar and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.



4. Remove the brie from the oven and pour apples over the top.


5. Stuff face!!
